Shows the functions included in each role.
Step by step

Read the role purpose before changing assignments.

Use the existing role that matches the responsibility where possible.

Assign the role to the correct person and location in People.
Watch out
- Do not give a broad role just to solve one temporary task; use the smallest appropriate access.
