Product mapping

Why do we map products?

Product mapping connects a Kiosk, Loyverse, Uber Eats or DoorDash product name to one standard Digital PGE sales product. Mapping alone does not deduct stock; the Sales BOM supplies the consumption rule.

Who can use it

Inventory ManagerPlatform Administrator

Before you start

  • The menu item exists and its selling choices are known.

Know the screen

1

Standard sales product

The internal product used for consumption rules.

2

Channel mapping

Links an external or channel-specific name to the standard product.

Step by step

  1. 1

Create or select the standard sales product.

  2. 2

Connect each channel item to that product.

  3. 3

Add the selling choices used to decide conditional consumption.

Watch out

  • A mapping alone does not deduct stock; the Sales BOM defines consumption.
