Product mapping

Why do we map products?

Product mapping connects a Kiosk, Loyverse, Uber Eats or DoorDash product name to one standard Digital PGE sales product. Mapping alone does not deduct stock; the Sales BOM supplies the consumption rule.

Who can use it

Inventory ManagerPlatform Administrator

Before you start

  • The sales product is mapped and the actual serving standard is approved.

Know the screen

1

BOM version

Keeps approved changes traceable over time.

2

Consumption lines

Lists material, quantity and optional condition.

Step by step

  1. 1

Select the mapped sales product and location.

  2. 2

Add fixed items used by every sale.

  3. 3

Add conditions only when an option changes what is used.

  4. 4

Review and activate the approved version.

Watch out

  • Do not use a Sales BOM for Central Kitchen batch production.
